At the request of the Planning and Zoning Department, SUP-199-03 is being inspected
to verify compliance with conditions. Relevant conditions are as follows:
8.14. The Applicant shall install a four to six foot fence along the north side
of the parking lot to the rear of the property.
A site inspection was conducted to verify which address the building was assigned to.
There is no 123 E Logan. The subject property is now 211 E Logan. Additionally, there
is a fence around the back of the building. The property is in compliance.
