Waiver Release Form
This meeting is for purpose of sharing ideas about a proposed land use project that is
being considered at some particular location within the City of Caldwell or its impact
_ area. This meeting is not intended as a formal review of the proposal. A formal review
will only occur after the project is submitted to the City of Caldwell in the form of an
application along with payment. Accordingly, the opinions offered by staff are subject to
change as more information about the proposal is known and a more formal in depth
evaluation has occurred.
I have read this waiver form and understand its content. I also understand that the staff
views and opinions offered in this meeting are subject to change upon a more formal
review of the proposal.
