INSPECTION RESULTS

At the request of the Planning and Zoning Department, SUP-204-03 is being inspected
to verify compliance with conditions. Relevant conditions are as follows:
9.12. A six-foot fence shall separate the pathways and the development
from the Notus Canal to deter small children from playing along its banks.
Any gate assemblage installed for the Irrigation District to access their
property must be secured to prohibit the subdivision patrons from gaining
access there. The Fire Marshall must approve the type of locking
apparatus.
As per Kevin in the Building Department, the fence has been erected. All conditions
have been met.
