Southwest District Health (SWDH) has no comment concerning the above projects. The projects appears to be
serviced by City water and City Sewer. SWDH regulates the food operations at the facilities and will continue to
make annual inspections.

Re: Case No. SUP-239-05 Washington Elementary School
Date: April 6, 2005
The Engineering Department provides the following comments concerning a Special Use Permit
request by Caldwell School District#132 to allow Public Use of a school. The site is located at
1500 Fillmore Street.
1. The existing 34 foot one-half width right-of-way along South Sixteenth Ave meets current
City standards.
2. The existing 25-foot one-half width right-of-way along the Fillmore Street frontage does
not meet current City standards. The applicant will be required to dedicate an additional
three (3) feet as public right-of-way to meet City standards for a Residential street.
