If that is not possible to have a single family residence built there, then the replacement building should look like a residence. Also, with the owner's goal to have 40 children on site, the number of child bathrooms fall far short. One child bathroom for 40 children is totally inadequate. The children should not be made to suffer. One bathroom for 40 children is just wrong. When one or two children are sick and tie up the one child bathroom, what will the other 38 children do? Likewise, without two or three separate classrooms, how will 40 children behave or stay healthy in such a small space? The owner may need to build a two story building to get the space and square footage the children need. Does Canyon County building code or the Caldwell Fire Code allow for 40 children in that size space? Phil Braun
