INSPECTION RESULTS

I did a sight inspection and there was no evidence of a violation from planning and
zonings standpoint, however I did speak to the engineering department, Dave Marston,
and he had no knowledge of West Valley Medical Center having dedicated thirty-three
(33') feet of public right-of-way, so now the engineering department knows about it and
it's at their discretion to follow-up on it. PHI
