Hi Debbie,
Planning & Zoning would not have most of the information that the requestor is asking for. That
would be mostly for building.
However this property is currently zoned H-D Hospital District.
In 2005 this property was zoned R-3 and received a special use permit to operate a business Home n
Hospice. Please see the attached order of decision.
