INSPECTION RESULTS

I drove by Helena Chemical on Arthur Street and found that there seemed to be no
change in the old fire hydrant or the two driveways (which do not appear to be updated).
I sent out a letter requesting a change-of-use permit application to be filled out and
returned by April 11, 2008. Once that is done a final inspection for the Certificate of
Occupancy shall be done and address the above issues. PHI

Mike Cousins came in and submitted the application for the Change-of-Use Permit to
the Building Department. Now just waiting on approval for the Certificate of Occupancy.

As far as Planning and Zoning goes this case is closed, as Helena Chemical company's
lease is up soon and they are not going to renew it. PHI
