To Caldwell department of Planning and Zoning, I wish to add if I may something to the testimonies and support that has heretofore been given in this hearing. I am in support of the opportunity that Vision Charter School has to open its doors and offer another source of diversified education in our fine city. As you can already tell we have in place the right board of directors, administrator, teachers, and support staff to make this school as success. There is no doubt that this group has come very far, pulled together a myriad of resources, and prepared for any situation or concern that might arise in the granting of this special use permit. The presence of this charter school in Caldwell will benefit the public in various ways, some of the greatest are,the proximity for parents to send their children to receive a quality education in the arts, the chance for students to learn and grow in an environment both stimulating and safe, and the ability this site will give Vision Charter School for Iong term perpetuity. Schools bring with them economic growth as parents wish to locate near their services and ultimately a quality school such as Vision Charter will provide a great resource for intellectual capital in our systems of local government and municipalities. It is our belief that a quality school of this caliber with the teachers and administrators in place will have little or no adverse impact on the public interest if the special use permit is granted at this site. I thank you in advance for your time and consideration in this matter. Sincerely, Timothy M.Cobb M.B.A. Gunstream Commercial Real Estate Sales and Leasing Executive 208-442-0066 208-573-3947
