Engineering has no comment since it's a modification(new reader board) to an existing sign. Generally, if the modification work falls out of the existing sign platform, proposes a deeper foundation or is a totally new sign(new location) then Engineering may have comments, otherwise we do not need to review. This was my approach when I was doing the reviews in the past and we will return to that.
