Potable municipal water may be used for irrigation purposes only if one or more of the following conditions are met. Please mark one of the following: Irrigation water is not available within 250 feet of new commercial developments with less than 10,000 irrigable square feet, or for single-family residential lots outside of Caldwell Irrigation Lateral District, where irrigation water is not available within 150 feet of the property in question. The irrigation water system cannot be physically extended as determined by the appropriate irrigation district. _ The property in question does not have, and has not had for any of the past 3 years, an irrigation water right and cannot obtain one from the irrigation district by which the property is bounded. Skinner Subject: RE: re-figure the fee Based on the revised application stating an irrigable area of 400 SF and in accordance with resolution 128-11 the revised Well Development fee is $32.41. Frans Subject: re-figure the fee Importance: High Hi Ti, Remember that irrigation application over on Main Street at United Metals?They listed 5,000 square feet on their application which is WAY too much.They have changed the amount to 400 square feet. Can you please re-figure the fee using 400 square feet rather than 5,000 square feet and let me know the new fee? Thanks!!
