A. Approve Minutes of June 12, 2012 meeting as signed by Chairperson Sholz.
V. New Business
q A. Case No. SUP-353-12 a request by Josh White and Tay's Inc. for special use
permit approval to operate a brewery at the northwest corner of Grant Street and
/� 10th Avenue addressed as 923 Grant Street.

B. Case No. SUB-207(PF)-12 a request by Byron Nelson, Autozone Development
Corp., and JUB Engineers for short plat approval of Nelson/Knipe Development,
consisting of 5.94 acres to be subdivided into two lots in a C-3 Service Commercial
„, zone addressed as 5615 Cleveland Blvd. and identified as Tax ID#R32451.
, i C. Case No. SUP-352-12 a request by Caldwell YMCA and the City of Caldwell for
special use permit approval to construct a park located west of the existing
Caldwell YMCA, approximately 550 feet west of Indiana Avenue, more or less, and
