I am writing this letter in support of the nanobrewery special use permit involving the property at the
NW corner of Grant and 10th Avenue (923 Grant Street). Both Karen and I think this will be a great
addition to the business community of Caldwell.
We own the property at 705 S. le Avenue as a matter of record.
