1. VOTED—Approved:Motion to approve the minutes for the regular board meeting on
December 3, 2015. (by consensus)
2. VOTED—Approved:Motion to approve the minutes for the special PEED board meeting on
December 3,2015. (by consensus)
3. VOTED—Approved: Motion to approve the General Ledger report and bills for Period 03-03
Fiscal Year 2016. (Smith, Ruano)
