A motion was made and the TC agreed unanimously on the following; • Eliminate parking on both side of Blaine Street from th 24 Ave. to midblock between 24th Ave and 22 nd Ave. • Install a Wide Crosswalk at the midblock point • Install a R apid Flashing Beacon at the existing 2 4th Ave crosswalk: Engineering dept and Street dept. will work together to design,plan and enhancements. execute the above pedestrian enh p. New Business I. Request traffic design Change at Illinois and Marble Front Henry Busse Henry would like to see the attached Left Turn changes ' g at the above intersection. Request Red Curbing to enhance line of site.—M ardy Gudmunson—612-722_ 9132 People visiting and/or living at 1616 N. Indiana ark multi trucks at the plc cars, including 2 large e T-intersection of Terrace Drive and North Indiana. Ms. Gudmunson states that when driving north on Indiana the cars block the view when making a right hand turn on to Terrace Drive. She has talked to one of the daughters but has had no effective response. She would like to have the curbing painted red. The intersection is a 3-way Stop and parkin on a corner i ' g s prohibited. Traffic Commission deemed the intersection appropriately mark • marked and did not feel �t needed further enhancement. A motion was made and TC agreed unanimously y to send correspondence to Ms Gudmunson and explain the determination of the TC. The correspondence will include mentioning to her that if cars are arked on the curve, e, and she so chooses, she can contact CPD and have them investigate. If CPD ' g finds this to be a persistent problem then CPD will notify the TC and the request will q be revisited.
