Donna C. called the meeting to order at 1:00 with the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
In attendance:
Donna Crockett, Jeri Rhodes, Sharon Kolins, Mary Twitchell, Carol Murphy,
Gerald Shea, Billy Copeland, Leonard Lewis, Donna Queen, Mike Pollard

Repairs were made to the pilot lights in the kitchen.
Holiday Bazaar is scheduled for 1117/2015
Penny has given her 2 weeks notice.
Shannon has stepped into the roll of head cook.

Old Business:
• AED unit- There was a ceremony to present the unit and the real until will be
delivered at a later date
• Serve Out Tables- The deposit has been made on these and we are waiting for them
to be delivered. Donna will check on
• Floor Bids for Kitchen - There was just one bid. Will seek additional bids before
deciding what to do. It was suggested that we strip the floors more often which will
make the f loons last longer. Janitors R Us has submitted a bid on the project. Hold
and discuss at the next meeting.
• Advanced Hood Cleaning- We will look at cleaning the hood next year
• 40th Anniversary 20 16. Banner-- Stationary- Signs
• Kitchen Staff-- Bobi Knox was hired as Kitchen Assistant
• Pool Room Re-key- Still in the works
New Business:
Motion made to give Shannon a raise as she is now acting as head cook and offer her the
postion.
