Please accept this letter as a request from Sienna Hills Development
Corp., the developers/owners of Sienna Hills No. 3 Subdivision, to annex
Sienna Hills Subdivision No. 3 into the City of Caldwell Municipal Irrigation
District.
The irrigation system is completely installed, tested and is functioning as
designed. The 2015 Irrigation Assessments have been paid.,
