Chairman Phil Fouts called the meeting to order at 12:03 pm.
f, Minutes of September 2015 Airport Commission Meeting
Motion was made and seconded to accept the September 2015 Minutes. Motion
passed.
2. Airport Improvement Program —Toby Epler
Toby Epler reported on the AIP28 lighting project. The contract has been signed, and
submittals and supplies are being acquired. They expect to get started the first part of
November. Notification will go out by email when more information is available.
3. Canal Relocation Update— Brent Orton
Brent Orton stated that they are struggling with the approval process, regarding the
pipe being refired for the canal. Negotiations are ongoing.
4. wall of Fame Committee Report
Barry Everett Jr. had nothing to report at this time.
5. Buildable Lots Update— lob Oates
Rob reported on considerable action that has occurred in the growth of the airport:
Skydo n has signed the paperwork leasing the entire un-built 800 roar at 5125
Aviation Way.
0 We're in the process of finalizing the sale of the hangar at 5017 Aviation Way.

This is the last of the city-owned hangars here at the airport. Flight Doctor West
will continue operations in that location.
One of the hangars under construction by Tabor Construction is almost
complete.

Announcements — Rob Oates
The windsock, which was worn & torn, has been replaced.
Caldwell Airport's portable re tro m provider has been changed. New restroo s
will be placed In the same locations as the previous ores.
This month Rob Oates and Brent Orton will be attending the MAMA Meeting in
Helena. A report will be given at the next Commission meeting.
Garr Gates, the FAA engineer from Helena, rude an inspection of the field this
last month and was generally very pleased with the airfield.
The new equipment for Alts arrived, and a two-week down time was
scheduled for installation. AWOS is scheduled to be back up Monday,, October
5th at 6prn, and a NOTAM is in effect until then. A bulletin was sent out notifying
the airport community of the down time, and another wail go out upon completion
when the A OS is back it operation.
