City of Caldwell, Can to n C01-11ity, Idaho as,described in the attached legal descriptions.
The change in location of the easenientis nmde to createz'I suff'Icient building envelope.
Section 1. "1 ti al by a motion passed by the Council and approved by the Mayor of the City of
Caldwell,, Iclaho, ancl statutory notice having been given toall titilities, in accordance, with Section 50-
1306A, Idaho Code, that an application has, been presented to the Mayor and Couileil of the Cit.), of
Caldwell, Ida'ho, ire(itiesting passage an,(] approval of an. ordinance vacating m,id t-cplacing the above
