ElJay Waite, 411 Blaine Street, presented a draft outline ofthe proposed FY-2016 Urban Renewal Agency bUdget.

1) A legal rc,,�,tainer should bye considered forthe City Attorney regarding LJR-A matters.
2) 71"lie AirpIoill, Irriprovenient Prqject would need approximately$330,000 allocated :)r completion-
,3) The C'COA Street Iniproverrient Project(5th&Madison)has been withdrawn.
4) The Downtown Plaza Project should, be considered in phases. The first phase wotild be the design of tile project

5) A pedestrian pattiway should be considered in association with the Caiiyon County.Bridge project.
