LEGAL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Caldwell City Council will conduct a
public hearing in the Caldwell Police Station, 110 So. 5th Ave., Caldwell, Idaho, Monday,
July 20,2015 at 7:00 p.m. to hear the following:
A request by Northside Managment for vacation of the ten foot wide public easement
centered on the lot line between Lots 30 and 31, Block 3, Canyon View Estates
Subdivision, as same in Book 39 of Plats at Page 23, records of Canyon County, Idaho.
The request is made to correct an easement encroachment of the home at 13 667 Slate
Stone Way, Caldwell, Idaho built in said easement rendering the property "un-
f nanceable".
Files and exhibits are on file in the Public Works Director Office at Caldwell Community
Development Building and are available to review any time between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00
p.m. Monday through Friday. If you need further information,please call Tammy Frans
