AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING AN AM�ENDED ZON�ING MAP 'THAT SUPERSEDES
AND REPLACESTHE OFFICIAL Z0NIN1G MAP AS ADOPTED BY 'THE, CITY' O,F
CALDWELL ON MAY 5, 20114.

WHEREAS, The City of Caldwell is responsibly updating all codes and ordinances,
an�d
WHEREAS The City of Caldwell has identifled the propeirties in this ordinance as
a�pproprilate for keeping zoining information current for all citizens and
property ownierms, and
WHEREAS, The City of Cal ineld that it is in the best 'interests of
th el City to update its zonling maip- and
WHEREAS/ The City has, held a public hearing on the proposed chaniges on April
201' 2015; and
WHEREAS, The City Council has, reviewed all evidence and testirriony submitted at
the City of Caldwell hearingIs.
NOW THEREFORE, THE C"ITY O,F CALDWELL ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Sect'll'on 1. That the Caldwell �Planning and Zoning Commission held a public
hearIIg on April 14, 2015 for Case No. 0A-15-01 adoption of a�n arriended zoning
mi ap as, adopted by City Council on May 5 2014�. At said hi earinig, the Planning and
,Zoning Commission forwarded their recommendation! onward to the Mayor and City
Council that the City adopt the amended map,, and that the map include the,
following statement-., is is to certify, 'that this amended zoning m�ap supersedes
and replaces the oifficial zonIing map adopted by thie City of Caldwell by Ordinance
No., 2963 on May 5, 201410"
Section 2# That the amended zoning map includes all rezones, and anneXations,
that occurred between January, 1,, 2014 and Decembeir 31, 201,14. Said rezones and
annexations received City Council approval, through signed orders of decision, at
respective hearings, held bletween lanuary 1,, 20,14 and December 31,, 20,14.,
Sectil"on 3,. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from a�nd after 'Its,
passage,, approval, and publication, according to law.
PASSED BY THE COUNCIL OF 'THE CITY OF CALDWELL, IDAHO, this, 20" day
of April 2015.
