Donna C. called the meeting to order at 1:00 with the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
In attendance:
Donna Crockett, Billy Copeland, Jeri Rhodes, Sharon Kolins, Mary Twitchell,
Carol Murphy, Mike Pollard, Donna Queen, Leonard Lewis and
Gerald Shea

■ Mayor's office borrowed tables and returned them.
• 2 rentals were completed during February
• Basic Computer classes were held.
Bathrooms are finished and the new decor is in place
• Next project: Entry way
• FYI- Pool room
• Floors-bids will be received before next meeting for stripping.
• Tax-Aide: Will continue through first week in April, the HARP staff is great, the
people are demanding.
• Time off Reminder and addition: April 2,3,6,7 and May 11,12,13,14,15
• Mayor's assistant: Financial Literary class for children.
• Mayor's office wi I I be using our Center 4 Thursday evenings in Apri I.
• MOW Pancake feed Saturday March 21St
• Spring Bazaar Saturday March 28th
• Art Group
• FSA Food show this Wednesday
• Penny and I wi I I leave to attend of ter lunch.

Old Business:
Donation box for the defibrillator - There is a possibility that this item may be donated to
the center by local vendor.
Ideas for the center.
New to you - need another rack for clothing. Donna will check on the pricing for this.
New Business:
■ Pool Room - on hold.
Time Off Reminder and addition: Donna has provided these days to the Center
Board.
Angie will come and clean the center in Donna's absence.
Art Group - Would like to have the foot clinic cancelled. The foot clinic will not be
cancelled as this provides a huge service to the Senior Center and community.
• Bingo account -- The required split will be made to Nutrition and Board account.

providers.
• Front Storage area- Donna is going to clean and re-organize.
