Senior Center Board Meeting December 8, 2014
Donna C. called the meeting to order at 1:00 with the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
In attendance:
Donna Crockett, Billy Cope land, Jeri Rhodes, Sharon Ko I i ns, Forrest
Smotherman, Mary Twitchel 1, Carol Murphy, Mike Pollard, and Donna Queen

Visitors: Leonard Lewis
Minutes of the meeting Nov 10, 2014 approved as read with the exception of
Mike Pollard was absence and the stainless steel needs to be sealed not cleaned

ICOA: Transition is still going very well.
Legal Notice has been published for new AAA
BSU project: Students have completed 15t draft of Handbook
Purchase of gift cards for Center Volunteers from Nutrition funds
Thanksgiving 156
Angel Tree Success
Christmas cards will be sent to Vendors and Business Partners of the Center
Fire suppression System - completed in the kitchen

Bathroom Heat- Venton is working on this

The Thanksgiving meal was very good served a lot of people.
Almost all accounts have been opened at DL Evans.

The box has been completed by Glenn. We will hold off on putting the box out now until
after the holidays.
