RESOLUTION RUTH I AZfNG THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE DEED OF FULL
CONVEYANCE ASSOCIATED WITH THE CALDWELL ASHT N PLACE
ASSOCIATES, AN IDAHO LIMITED PARTNERSHIP.
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Urban Renewal Agency Qf the City of Caldwell to
authorize the acceptance of the Deed of Full I econ eyanee associated with the Caldwell-
Ashton lace Associates, an Idaho limited partnership made a part hereof as set forth in
full.
