CALDWELL URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY
August 8, 2000 - 12:00 noon
Caldwell City Hall Council Chambers
The regular scheduled meeting of the Caldwell Urban Renewal Agency was held August
8, 2000 and called to order at 12:07pm by Chairman ElJay Waite. The roll was called:
present were ElJay Waite, Terry Rinearson and Leona Fouts.
Motion to approve amended agenda: M/S/P Fouts,Rinearson.
Motion to approve the July 11, 2000 meeting minutes: M/S/P Fouts, Rinearson.
Terry Rinearson submitted a progress report from I.D.A.H.O. and announced that they
will be doing another push in September and expect considerable response.
Financial Report given by Waite: June 30, 2000 ending balance of $186,083.90.
Waite presented and discussed an Expenditure Budget for CEURA for FY 00-01. The
budget will be presented to the city for information purposes.
Motion to Adjourn at 12.30pm: M/S/P Rinearson, Fouts
