CALDWELL URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY
December 10, 2001 - 6:00 pm

A workshop for the Caldwell Urban Renewal Agency was held December 10, 2001 at
6:00 pm in the Mayor’s Office at City Hall with Chairman ElJay Waite presiding.
Present were URA Commissioners ElJay Waite, Mayor Garrett Nancolas, Mike Gable,
Matt Beebe and Leona Fouts. Also in attendance were City Council members Rob
Hopper and Shannon Ozuna.
The workshop was scheduled to discuss the 2002 budget for Caldwell Urban Renewal
Agency. Chairman Waite explained preliminary figures, answered questions and
facilitated discussion. Preliminary figures were agreed upon and a draft will be
presented to the URA commissioners at the 12/11/2001 meeting.
Meeting adjourned at 7:10 pm
