3. Property owner commitment
Brooks says need commitment from property owners that they wilI `front on the plaza', and lease to
appropriate businesses'. FHB offered to have
an audio conference with us to assist.
We also need to ity EURA for info on ghat constitutes property owner commitment.

Survey was completed,, RB will start analysis.Survey had record number of respondents according to
RB's accounting. Keri and John to do press release,
5.Plaza Management
Destination Caldwell is exploring their capabilities to manage and other alternatives. No update.
5. Historic Preservation
Bob
talked to Brian Billin sly at City Planning. He said the building is in a local Historic District so the City
will review a ny char g e ,demo request etc against city ordinance,Sherry to find out what the ordinance
requires.
7. Draft D 'Recornmendations

send comments on Draft DCO recommendation list including detailed implementation items,and
research Sherry can do,
