CALDWELL URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY
September 5, 2013 – 12:00 p.m.
Caldwell Community Room at the Caldwell Police Department
A special meeting was scheduled of the Caldwell Urban Renewal Agency for the purpose of
conducting a public hearing to consider the fiscal year 2014 Urban Renewal Agency budget.
The meeting convened at 12:30 p.m. with Chairman ElJay Waite presiding. Roll was called:
Present: ElJay Waite, Rob Hopper, Kathy Alder, and Theresa Hardin.
Absent: Leona Fouts and Scott Syme.
Guests: None.

BUDGET)
MOTION by Hopper/SECONDED by Alder to open the public hearing.
MOTION CARRIED
Chairman ElJay Waite presented the budget and provided a copy of the Caldwell Urban
Renewal Agency Expenditure Budget-FY2014 (October 1, 2013-Septemer 30, 2014) to those in
attendance. The total budget amounts to $5,774,500. It was noted that no one signed in for
the public hearing. (EXHIBIT A)
MOTION by Alder/SECONDED by Hopper to close the public testimony portion of the hearing.
MOTION CARRIED
MOTION by Hopper/ SECONDED by Hardin to accept the budget as presented.
MOTION CARRIED
MOTION by Hopper/SECONDED by Alder to close the public hearing and adjourn at 12:55 p.m.
