I. Call to Order—Chairperson Doty-Pomorans y catted the nneetin to order for the public hearing
at 7:03 p.m.

Review of Proceedings—Chairperson Doty-Poniorawsky atmounced the procedures for the public hearing.
III. Old Business
A. Approve minutes of August 12,2014 regular meeting.
MOTION: ommissioner Vance SECOND: Commissioner Scholz Passed: Unanimous roll call vote.
Iv. New Business
A. Request by Nark Hilty, City Attorney to review the proposed 2014 Amendments to the Caldwell
Urban Renewal flan for compliance with the Comprehensive flan.
Testimony
1 Mark Milky, City Attorney, 1303 12`x' Avenue Road,Nampa, City Attorney, presented
the staff report and Comprehensive Plan analysis regarding the request.
