Timeline is short for CEURA to designate funds before Dec 31.
Ji will contact RB's second for status of design.
Boger Brooks to spear with Mayor Nancolas October 6.

0 DCO is focused on the plaza (Brooks 91 recommendation). D o is working on broader holistic
downtown recommendations but Nothing will happen in the community until the plaza is
underway.
• Plaza:
a Plaza costs estimated by Roger Brooks at$5-7 million; Roger Brooks' design due this leek;
DCO proposes to get cost estimate (Landscape architect.@ approx.$1200)for base plaza
plus extras(projector,screen, stating rink, etc)
■ Best option is to bond for construction—fast timeline if completed by Dec 31.
Approve conceptually in Oct for 5million;start getting ball rolling with banks;
Deceive preliminary estimate and approve in Nov.
Complete bond by Dec. {

a DCO has helped community raise$65k for Boger Brooks and

■ Facade improvements: DCO has several recommend on how to this—facade easement, LID,
