Members Present: Larry Blackburn, Chair; David Beverly; Bonny Smith; Lacey Welt, Library Director;
Members Absent:Joey Palmer; Melissa tringfield; Shannon Ozuna, City Council Liaison;
Visitors Present: Steve Trout (TA); Shaven Weston (TA)
Meting called to order at 5:38 p.m.
1. VOTED—Approved: Motion to approve the Preliminary Construction Budget, not to exceed
$125,008 from Trout Architects for the Community Room Remodel, paid by Endowment funds
and contingency funds as needed. (Beverly, Smith)
Meeting adjourned at 6:38 p.m.
