Buildable Lots Update — Rob Oates Rob Oates stated uN W considered,� I I i plans, have yet been submitted for approval. 6, FAA Proposed Rules for Policy on th�e Non-aeronautical Use of A'irport Hangars - Marty Koch In an addition to the agenda, Marty Koch brought up the topic of a recent FAA circular on proposed rules for non-aeronautical �use of airport hangars. He stated that thereis, currently a, commen't period on these proposed rules and invited any in attendance that are interested to make comment. T'he cornment period was previously set to close September 5t' Rob Oates cited a recent publication of AORA as repoirting that the, FAA, as of September 2 nd, has extended the cotTirnent period thirty days past the original deadline. �Rob stated that he believes there i's very little change in this, circular from the current rules that we've been workiing under. He said some see it as perhaps a slight relaXation olf ternporary non-aeronaLlfical use upon FAA approval. However, he 'IS Linsure what that approval process would entall.
