ORDINANCE ISO. 2944 (Bill 23), THE APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2013 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30,
2014 PPR PRI TING ADDITIONAL MONIES THAT ARE To BE RECEIVED
AND EXPENDED BY THE CITY of CALDWELL, IDAHO, IN THE SLIM OF
$5229000 AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AID COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CALD WELL, IDAHO:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 2944 (Bill 23), the appro riation ordinance for
the City of Caldwell, Idaho, for the fiscal year commending October 1, 2013 and ending
September 30,2014, and the same is hereby amended as follows:

That the additional sum of monies be appropriated to revenues in the inn of-0- to
be used for authorized activities.
That the sum of monies ap ropn ted out of expenditures ire the amount of
$522,,000 to be used for authorized activities.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in fill force and effect from and after its
passage, approval and publication.
