NOTICE OF ADOPTIO,N AND SUMMARY OF
ORDINANCE NO. 2969
REGARDING ANNEXATION AND ZONE DESIGNATION
OF CERTAIN PROPERTY
This ordinance provides f'olr annexation of a parcel of lland to be annexed inl to the, City of'Cai dwell
as R-1 (Low Density Residential) zoning.
A plarcel of land being more particu�larly described as follows..
COMMENCING at the Southwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of Section 34, Township 4
North, Range 3 West, �Bolisie Meridian, Canyon County, Idaho and rUn thence North alonig the
West boundary line of said Southeast Quarter a distance of 916 feet to the REAL, POINT OF
