Members Present: Larry Blackburn, Chair; David Beverly; Bonny Smith; Lacey Welt, Library Director;
Members Absent: Joey Palmer; Melissa Stringfield; Shannon Ozuna, City Council Liaison;
Visitors Present: (none)
Meeting called to order at 2:50p.m.
1. VOTED — Approved: Motion to transfer the designated PEAD funds to the Operating Budget for
building repair and maintenance, office equipment, and computer equipment as approved at
the June 5, 2014 meeting. (Smith, Beverly)
2. VOTED — Approved: Motion to designate $25,000 of PEAD funds as a one -time contingency fund
available to Lacey Welt as needed during construction periods— reporting to the board when
used. (Beverly, Blackburn)
3. VOTED— Approved: Motion to transfer $99,865.25 of PEAD funds directly to Bank of the
Cascades to cover the costs of the Children's Department. (Smith, Blackburn)
4. VOTED — Approved: Motion to add Larry Blackburn as an additional signer to the checking
account. (Beverly, Smith)
Meeting adjourned at 3:05 p.m.
