Accepted for Grant Application . Planning to ask for $5000 steamer for kitchen Menu for August to ICOA tomorrow Trash from New to You Store being seen by Seniors /questions Art Group TV use Gave talk about functions around center good comments UPRR - submitted for another grant Bingo Report: $10,221.39 Bills: No Bills Old Business: The Caldwell Senior Center Operations Manual needs to be updated as well as they Bylaws and ordinance. Ongoing. The center needs water glasses. Donna Q. will take care of this purchase. - Ongoing • Insurance for the building - The Center will need to purchase a policy. Donna C is working with Hartford insurance on this. - Completed • Signatures for the bank accounts completed? - Ongoing New Business Bingo Split- Motion made to put $8000 to the board account. Motion Made: Gene Motion Seconded: Mary Motion approved Defibulator for the center - Mike Pollard will see if there is an agency that could help with the purchase of this item. May have a fund raiser as well. Gene S. provided the Board with his letter of resignations effective 7/14/2014 Motion made to adjourn the meeting 2;15.
