SPECIAL MEETING
EXECUTIVE SESSION
April 24, 2014
10:00 a.m.
The Mayor called the meeting to order at 10:08 a.m.
The Clerk called the role.
City Council Members present: Blacker, Hopper, Callsen, Pollard, and Biggers.
City Council Members absent: Ozuna.
(EXECUTIVE SESSION PURSUANT TO IDAHO CODE, SECTION 67-2345, SUBSECTION (C)
FOR THE PURPOSE OF DISCUSSING LABOR NEGOTIATIONS AND SUBSECTION (F) FOR
THE PURPOSE OF DISCU SSING PENDING LITIGATION OR WHERE THERE IS A GENERAL
PUBLIC AWARENESS OF PROBABLE LITIGATION).
MOVED by Pollard, SECONDED by Callsen to convene into Executive Session pursuant to Idaho Code,
Section 67-2345, Subsection (c) labor negotiations and Subsection (f) pending litigation or where there is a
general public awareness of probable litigation at 10:09 a.m.
Roll call vote. Those voting yes: Pollard, Biggers, Blacker, Hopper, and Callsen. Those voting no: none.
Absent and/or not voting: Ozuna.
MOTION CARRIED
MOVED by Hopper, SECONDED by Blacker to reconvene.
MOTION CARRIED
