Meeting called to order at 6:37 p.m.
1. Trustee Applicant Interviews: David Beverly, Margaret Langan, Andrea Gray Woodyard
2. VOTED— Approved: Motion to invite David Beverly to accept the open trustee position.
(Blackburn, Smith)
3. ACTION ITEM: Lacey Welt will contact Andrea Gray Woodyard and Margaret Langan to offer
work on the new Friends of the Library committee.
4. VOTED— Approved: Motion to approve the minutes of the regular board meeting on February 6,
2014.(consensus)
5. VOTED — Approved: Motion to approve the General Ledger report and bills for February 2014.

6. VOTED— Approved: Motion to change the Circulation Policy to not prohibit members of the
same household from obtaining a library card when another household member has fines in
collection. (Smith, Palmer)
7. ACTION ITEM: Lacey Welt will gather multiple bids from local designers to begin a rebranding
process.
8. VOTED— Approved: Motion to approve a Food for Fines program during the National Library
Week of April 13 -19 for a maximum of $10 per person. (Blackburn, Palmer)
