Donna C. called the meeting to order at 1:00 with the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
In attendance:

Old Business:
• Sliding doors into the kitchen. Bid? (Gene) Ongoing
• Status on stainless steel countertops - Gene is completing the bids on this. -
Completed and ordered just waiting for installation- Ongoing - Will be completed
once the machine that cuts the metal is ready to go. - Ready to be installed
• Shuffle Board table in the Pool room. Would need to talk to the pool room if this is a
possibly. - Pool room is looking into getting one. Ongoing
• Suggestion box to be put back up. - Completed
• Menu committee possibly need some new members Completed
• Applications for the janitor job have come in and are being reviewed. A meeting will
be set up to interview a couple that came in for the job. Completed
• Donna Q. will get some bids on a chopping machine "Robocoupe ". This will help in the
kitchen. Completed
• Report on AAA(Agea Agency on Aging) - informational session. July 2016 all Senior
Center's will be under AAA.
• Ideas for fund raisers - Cookbook. Recipes from the Senior Center would go into it.
Completed
• Bus Transportation. Gene will be looking at this as a benefit for the center. The
bus would go around pick up people from their home who would like to go to the
center. Completed
New Business:
• Purchase the RoboCoup from Bargreen $1299.00

• No Soliciting is allowed in the building
$316.67 to be paid by Bingo, Nutrition and the Board. This is for the 990's that
Bailey's provided for us.
• The Caldwell Senior Center Operations Manual needs to be updated.
Motion to discontinue the $5.00 membership fee effective 1/1/2014
