Special Meeting 10/17/2013
Donna C. called the meeting to order at 1:00 with the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
In attendance:
Donna Crockett, Billy Copeland, Russ Weihe, Jeri Rhodes, Sharon Kolins, Gene
Schaecher, Forrest 5motherman, Mike Pollard, Mary Twitchell, Michelle Gamble
and Donna Queen
Absent: Michelle Gamble
Motion made to deposit Bingo donation of $8000 to the Senior Center Board
Account.

Motion approved
• It was discussed that the janitors will need to work around the events that
are scheduled with the center. Donna will work with the janitors on this.
• Possible workman's comp issue with Brenda. Donna will contact Personnel Plus
to start the processing of this possible work comp claim.
• Square dance would like to have a frame to hang banners. They have someone
who will make the frame. Donna C. will take care of this.
Motion made to give Christmas bonuses. $75 to Brenda $50 to Surina $100 to
Patty $100 to Donna and $50 to Donna assistant cook

• Donna Q. will make sure that all the staff is properly trained in the use of
the Robocoup which is now in the kitchen.
• Mike pollard will schedule a time to go over the issues with the building with
Donna Q or Gene 5.
