Cleveland Blvd. and is highlighted in the blue; the applicant also owns 2 other
parcels abutting this site that are already in the city limits.
7. Ed Bollinger, applicant, 28001asmme, Meridian, ID 83646, testified in favor of
the application and stated the purpose is to annex this piece into the city so
they can clean up their lot lines and make 2 parcels instead of 3 parcels.
8. Mr. Mapp asked Mr. Bollinger to show him using the pointer on the aerial
photo how it will lay out once the annex and lot adjustment is complete.
9. Mr. Bollinger using the pointer showed Mr. Mapp on the aerial photo where
the property lines will be.
10. Mr. Mapp asked staff if there was any condition to clean up the property.
11. Mr. Wagoner explained there are no code enforcement issues on the property.
MR. MAPP CLOSED THE PUBLIC TESTIMONY.
Comprehensive Plan Analysis for ANN- 02 -13: Mr. Mapp accepted the comprehensive plan analysis
as listed in the staff report.
Findings of Fact for ANN- 02 -13: The Hearing Examiner accepted the general facts as outlined in the
staff report, public testimony, and the evidence list consisting of the written and verbal staff reports,
the case file, PZ -1000 (aerial photo), and the sign -up sheet. All adopted city ordinances, standards,
and codes were used in evaluating the application.
Conclusions of Law for ANN- 02 -13: The Hearing Examiner accepted the Conclusions of Law as
outlined in the staff report.
RECOMMENDATION: The Hearing Examiner RECOMMENDED that Case Number ANN -02 -13 BE
APPROVED with conditions as outlined in the staff report.

VI. Adjournment
The Hearing Examiner adjourned the meeting at approximately 7:10 p.m.
