Donna C. called the meeting to order at 1:00 with the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
In attendance:
Donna Crockett, Billy Copeland, Russ Weihe, Jeri Rhodes, Sharon Kolins, Gene
Schaecher, Forrest Smotherman, Mike Pollard, Michelle Gamble and Judie
Smith.

Minutes of the meeting August 12, 2013 approved as written.

Coordinator Report: Adopted as stated
The Idaho Statesman will have a column called "Helping Works ". This column will show what
is going on at the Senior Center. It will run on Tuesdays, and this will be a place for local
nonprofits can get the word out about what they do.
Flu shot clinic is scheduled for Tuesday 9/24/2013
Andy Carter has been contacted about providing afire drill for the Center. We are waiting
to hear back from him.
Income for the August dance is $281.00. Total income since June is $910.00
Income for the "Food to go" is $60.25

Bills:
$63.44 for shelf under the sink in the kitchen.
$1860.24 for paper supplies for the year. This reflects the Boards portion of the supplies.

• Status on stainless steel countertops -- Gene is completing the bids on this. -
Completed and ordered just waiting for installation
• Review Cooks probationary period to see if meeting qualifications. - Currently she is
meeting qualifications.
• Pool Room- Meeting with mayor. - Ongoing
New Business:
• Discussed what the Center would like to do in the future regarding staying with
CCOA, EOA or go on our own.
• New Coordinator Donna Queen is submitting her application via internet and will be
starting on the 19
