Donna C. called the meeting to order at 1:03 with the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
In attendance:
Donna Crockett, Billy Copeland, Mary Twitchell, Russ Weihe, Jeri Rhodes,
Sharon Kollins, Gene Schaecher, Forrest Smotherman, Mike Pollard, Michelle
Gamble and Judie Smith.

Old Business:
• Janitor has not signed the letter of agreement.- ongoing
• Restructuring of the rentals - ongoing
• Committee to review rental rates - ongoing
• Sliding doors into the kitchen. Bid? (Gene) Ordered
• List of items that needed items for the Senior Center - ongoing
New Business:
Thursday was a huge success in the Park for the 4 th of July.
Need to look at ways to grow the Senior Center - May have a meeting to just have ideas
from everyone. This would be a non formal meeting.
Donna will talk to the Parma center that how they run the bus in their community. This
could possibly bring more people into the center.
Benefits for employees -
Judie's cobra will be paid by 90% by the center and 10% by the Judie.

The cook will need to meet her 90 day probationary period and then she will be eligible for
benefits through Personnel Plus.
Paid Holidays and flexible time off for employees will continue as CCOA paid it in the past
but this will only apply to full time employees.
Make a motion for a raise of .50 an hour effective July 1s to Debbie Rhodes, this will raise
her pay to 9.50 an hour. After the probationary period of 90 days there will be a review
for another possible raise.

Motion made to approve the cost to replace the 2 counter tops with stainless steel. The bid
for this came in at approximately $1500.00
