MINUTES
February 20 2013
Zach Waggoner called the meeting to order.

Minutes:
Vicki Bicandi moved to approve the minutes, Doreen Burnham seconded the motion, motion
approved.
Reports:
Golf professionals:
Revenue:
John reported 64 new pass holders, thinks it could reach 100. We were up in October and
November. We lost December and January due to weather. The focus should be on season
pass sales.
Corporate passes are available as follows:
Two passes - $600.00
Four passes - $1,200.00
Contact John at Purple Sage if anyone has any questions.
Lenny reported average season pass sales. Twenty seven have been sold and three brought
new members.
It was noted that golf scores can no longer be posted at Fairview.
Ken Wheeler:
Purple Sage is open after considerable work. Course came through the winter pretty good, did
have some leaf tip burn. Greens will be dyed to promote some heat.
Equipment: Three overhaul jobs on the rough mowers were completed. Hoses were replaced.
($8,000) These mowers will need to be replaced in 2 years.
Fairview will operate with a two man crew. A new man has been hired.
Women's Association:
Ladies Golf Association has at least 4 new members. Spring luncheon is coming up.
Men's Association:

Wally Hammons reported a water issue with the club house has resolved.
Reminder:
The board meets April, June, August, November and February. Additional meetings will be
held if necessary. The next meeting will be held April 17 2013.
Adjournment:
Chuck Bosen moved to adjourn the meeting, Vicki Bicandi seconded the motion, motion
carried. The meeting was adjourned at 9:00 am.
