Present: Joan Pemble, Chair; Larry Blackburn; Bonny Smith; Melissa Stringfield;
Shannon Ozuna, City Council Liaison
Meeting called to order at 5:40 p.m.
Executive Session called at 5:40 p.m.
Regular Special Meeting resumed at 6:40 p.m.
VOTED — Approved: Motion that the board send the counseling memorandum,
dated April 24, 2013, to Elaine Leppert, Library Director, with a request that the
memo be signed and returned to the city Human Resources Department by May
1, 2013
Meeting adjourned: 6:45 p.m.
Next Regular Meeting: May 2, 2013
