Recommendation on Case Number OA- 151 -13 — MOTION: Commissioner Page SECOND: Commissioner Scholz. The Commission voted unanimously to Recommend Approval. R. Case Number OA- 152 -13, a request by the Caldwell Planning and Zoning Department to amend the subdivision ordinance by adding provisions for simple lot/parcel splits and to amend the planned unit development ordinance by modifying the allowances for land uses not otherwise allowed in the underlying zone. Testimony: I) Anne Marie Skinner, 621 Cleveland Blvd., Caldwell, ID 83605, Senior Planner/Development Team Leader, presented the written staff report as written and presented the proposed amended ordinance language. 2) Discussion was held amongst the commissioners regarding the purpose of limiting industrial uses in a residential planned unit development and determined it was a positive change, provided there were still allowances for industrial uses in other types of planned unit developments. 3) Discussion was held amongst the commissioners regarding whether or not a date needed to be established in the proposed ordinance amendment for an original parcel.
