Meeting Minutes (02/05/2013)
Members Present:Liz Godina,Debbie Geyer,Andy Cater,Donna Shines,Kent Noethe,Ken Price

Meeting called to order 10:05 a.m.
Youth Forum Planning Session
Discussion was focused on planning youth forum.Some of the ideas discussed were as follows:
Date:Possibly in June,shortly after school is dismissed
Location:College of Idaho,O'Connor,CHS,Caldwell YMCA
•City Council willing to work with committee if need be for the O'Connor Field House
Possible schools to involve:Caldwell High,Vallivue High,Vision Charter,Thomas Jefferson Charter,
Heritage Charter and Gem State Academy
•Limit the amount of students to attend to 100
Speakers:several names of local people came up including,College of Idaho Coach,BSU Coach
Peterson,perhaps speakers that may be able to relate better with high school age students,(ie high
school students,college students,college athletes)
Possible topics:Overall discussion would be about making 'good choices'.Remind students that they
have important choices to make every day

Meeting adjourned 11:10 a.m.
Next Meeting scheduled for Wednesday,February 20th at 9:00 a.m..City Hall.
