CONSENT CALENDAR:
1.Approve acceptance of the minutes from the corrected City Council Meeting held on
February 4, 2013, the City Council Meeting held on February 19, 2013; the Caldwell Golf
Board Meeting held on November 14, 2012; the Senior Center Board Meeting held on
February 11, 2013; the Caldwell Employee Benefit Plan Trustee Committee Meeting held
on February 14, 2013; the Caldwell Youth Master Plan Committee Meeting held on
February 5, 2013; the Meeting held on February 6, 2013;
the Pathways and Bike Routes Committee Meeting held on January 15, 2010; and the
Caldwell Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting held on February 12, 2013;
2.Approve the Award of Bid for the
Richard L. Jordan in the amount of $145,500;
3.Approve the Award of Bid for the Simplot Stadium Restroom Remodel Project to Mussell
Construction in the amount of $30,500;
4.Approve the Award of Bid for the Parks Department Replacement Sheds Project to
Lambert Construction in the amount of $32,200.
OLD BUSINESS:

NEW BUSINESS:

1.Consider Bill No. 6 (Ordinance No. 2927) to annex 4505 South 10 Avenue (R3257600000)
into the Caldwell Municipal Irrigation District with the request to waive the rules and pass on
the first reading.

2.Quasi-judicial) Public Hearing: Case No. SUBPUD-205E-10 a request by Viper
Investments LLC, Corey Barton, and Trilogy Development for a twelve-month time
extension on the preliminary plat approval of Whitney Springs Subdivision #3 located
south of Blue Springs Street, west of Santa Ana Avenue, and north of Laster Lane.
3.Financial and Human Resource Report.

6.Executive Session pursuant to Idaho Code, Section 67-2345, Subsection (f) for the purpose
of discussing pending litigation or where there is a general public awareness of probable
litigation.
