arowrt Bus Company and Caldwell Transportation Company currently provide the school bus
teansportatiomimCaldwell. For the past several years, these two organizations have been transporting
school children to the Caldwell YMCA after school at no charge. Under the Caldwell YMCA Transportation
Project these two organizations will also provide two faced routes with one and of the trip being the YMCA
during the following proposed times:
2 trips ort weekday emnings.on school days
6 trips per day on�weekdays when schoodls not In sesslom(including summer)

The service will °tie free and open to the general public. As match, the two providers will continue to
prNIde service from the schaols to the YMCA after school each school day. The YMCA will provide Travel
Ambassador service to its patrons, teaching the school kids and its other members how to use this bus
service and other bus service In Ca neon County. The YMCA staff will also meet each-bus as It comestothe
farilityand escort the children to their YMCA programs. The YMCA will provide in kind match -fo.r this
Travel Ambassador service. The funding for the current flex route service that serves the YPACA ends in
February 2013. VRT is riot sure 1f it hasfund(ng to continue th service.
